| Introduction |
This machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood materials as bits of wood, rice shells or peanuts shell not contain any additives etc. The raw material (contain 8%—12% Water) dried by the dryer will be formed into fuel under high temperature and pressure.

1.Forming of tube, special casting steel, inner barrel boron treatment,continuously use for more than 5 months.
2.Accessories ,with a large factory of welding rod joint development of this special mechanism of carbon electrode welding process simple ,hardness up to more than 75 degrees ,and solved the crack resistance,don’t need preheat and weld directly.
3.Propeller ,advanced design,high speed of producing rod ,high density,high resistance to wear,one welding time can work continuously for more than 30 hours.

1.Raw material :
Almost any biomass can be briquetted. Saw Dust, Bamboo dust, Cotton Stalk, Coffee husk, Groundnut Shell, Mustard Husk/Stalk, Pine Needles, Rice Husk, Sugar Mill Waste, Jute waste, Coir pith etc.
2.Raw material request:
(1)Size:smaller than 5mm , if the material can not achieve the requirement, it should be crush first.
(2)Moisture :8-12%,If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using flash drier
The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal
1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm);
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%;
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine;
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive;
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
