Main parts:

Working Principle of biomass charcoal making machine :
Briquette machine uses a large screw to compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together,thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various molds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square,etc. As your requirement, we can also change the shape to order. And the diameter of briquettes are from 50-80 mm. Moreover non-binder needs to be used during this process.

1.Raw material:
Almost any biomass can be briquetted. Saw Dust, Bamboo dust, Cotton Stalk, Coffee husk, Groundnut Shell, Mustard Husk/Stalk, Pine Needles, Rice Husk, Sugar Mill Waste, Jute waste, Coir pith etc.
2.Raw material request:
1.Size:smaller than 5mm , if the material can not achieve the requirement, it should be crush first;
2.Moisture :8-12%,If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using flash drier.
Final product of the wood briquette machinery :
1.Final shape:hexagon, pentagon, square, round;
2.Final length: 20-40 cm adjustable, according to per your needing;
3.Final size: Dia. 50mm, 60mm,70mm,80mm.
Application:
The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal
1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
